2. Hosting and server log files
This website is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access a page, the hosting provider’s servers automatically process the data your browser transmits in order to deliver the page: IP address, date and time of the request, the requested file, the referring URL, browser type and version, and operating system. GitHub states that it retains this data for security purposes for a limited period.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a secure and technically functional website. GitHub, Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; further information is available in GitHub’s privacy statement. We ourselves do not evaluate the log files and have no access to individual visitors’ data.
3. Redirect domains
Besides this website we hold the domains felcilitate.com, felcilitate-consulting.eu and felcilitate.eu. These host no content of their own; they redirect permanently to www.felcilitate-consulting.com. The redirect is operated by Sjorsvanwessem Holding B.V. (redirect.pizza), Netherlands, acting as our processor within the European Union. To perform the redirect, the provider processes the data your browser transmits with the request, in particular your IP address, the requested address and the time of the request. No cookies are set and no analytics are collected; we have switched off the provider’s tracking function. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in keeping former and additional domains reachable.
4. Cookies, tracking and third-party content
This website sets no cookies and stores no data in your browser. We use no analytics or tracking services and embed no third-party content: fonts, images and scripts are delivered from our own domain. Links to LinkedIn are ordinary links; data is transmitted to LinkedIn only when you follow them.
5. Contact by e-mail or telephone
The website contains no contact form. If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process the data you provide (name, contact details, content of your message) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Recipients and transfers
Apart from the hosting provider and the redirect provider named above, we do not pass personal data on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. Our e-mail is operated by a provider within the European Union.
7. Your rights
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21).
