Dirk Bodenheim
Engineering degree · MBA · PMP® (PMI) · 35+ years in international EPC projects
Studied mechanical engineering, followed by an MBA, and later qualified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute alongside his career. He began in 1990 at Siemens KWU (today Siemens Energy) in the commissioning of conventional power plants. After several international construction and commissioning assignments he moved to Singapore in 1994 to join De Nora as Head of Engineering, later Technical Director.
In 1998 he joined thyssenkrupp Uhde as Project Manager for electrolysis plants — chlor-alkali technology, later developed further for water electrolysis and green hydrogen. Following an internal restructuring he moved into central Project Management, where he delivered numerous EPC lump-sum turnkey megaprojects across gasification, ammonia and other technologies. From 2021 to 2024 he headed the Project Management division, where he led the internal initiative that defined the modularization of green ammonia plants.

Dustin Mayor
Engineering degree · MBA (WHU) · CEP® (AACE®) · ACCE certified · 15+ years in international EPC projects
Studied mechanical engineering and completed an MBA at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, with international modules at Columbia Business School, Fudan University and the Indian Institute of Management. He is a Certified Estimating Professional (CEP®) according to AACE® and a certified user of the Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE).
His career began in 2008 at Alstom Power Systems on a dual study programme with assignments in Germany, China and Italy. In 2011 he joined thyssenkrupp, where he spent 14 years in industrial plant engineering: equipment engineering and site supervision for ammonia plants across the Middle East and North Africa, then group strategy and PMO roles — for several years as thyssenkrupp’s project lead for internal strategy, transformation, organisation and restructuring programmes delivered with McKinsey, PwC, Bain and others, including the Board Office reporting directly to the CEO. In 2022 he moved to Thailand to strengthen the modularization business, before leading the global bid estimation initiative “Workflow and Tools” at thyssenkrupp Uhde.
As Partner at FELcilitate he advises owners, contractors and investors on CAPEX projects — cost engineering, Cold Eye Reviews, schedule analysis and PDRI-style maturity assessments, increasingly AI-supported.
